DRAW WITH MIDDLESEX
(Received June .14, 11 a.v*) . • ' LONDON, June 13. The match between West Indies and Middlesex was drawn. The scores W ere:—West Indies 382 and 251 for five wickets, declared; Middlesex .178 and 123 for three wickets. At the end of the second day's play Middlesex in their second innings had made 7 runs'without loss. It is- evident, therefore, that play on the final day was curtailed, only 116 runs being; added before stumps were drawn. The West Indies, cricketers commence .a match today with Derbyshire at' Derby, and on Saturday they meet the minor counties' representatives at Lord's, this being their final- engagement before the first Test, also to bo played at Lord's. .
