FRESHFORD DREDGING
Freshford Gold Dredging Company, Ltd reports having turned the dredge back out of the gully iii which it has been working for the last few weeks. It was n-:essary to come back through part ot tlie tailings, so no wash-up has taken place for the last week. It has been proved the flat is the better dredging ground, a nreater depth having been reached,, and better wash is showing. The dredge is now approaching the point where the tirst nnd best returns were obtained, and .the directors are . hopeful of better returns within the next fortnight.
