MYSTERY TRAINS.
Again the Railway Department is ready to meet ,a public need in the provision (if the cheerful "mystery trains." The opening trip next Sunday.will be to a point from which it will be an easy tramp to a hilltop, commanding views of Egmont, Ruapehu, and South Island mountains, in clear weather. The spectacles also include several lakes and long sweeps of the coast. Details of the time-table and fares are advertised in this issue.
