RELIEF WORKERS
SUPPLIES OF BOOTS
Supplies of ,boots for relief workers under the first orders placed with, the manufacturers by the Unemployment Board are now' beginning to come to hand, and the work of distributing them to the various centres is commencing. This is a task of some.magnitude, and in view of the board's desire to provide for the most necessitous cases first, others who are eligible will have to be patient and wait until sufficient supplies are(available to enable a general distribution, to be made. It is expected that within a month,, the distribution will be, well under way.
