. (Special to the "Evening Post.") MASTERTON', This Day. The following resolution was carried at the 'meeting of .tho Masterton Wom,eif's Christian Temperance Union yesterday, on the motion of Mrs. J. Cocker; "That this meeting is strongly opposed to any attempt to extend the hours of selling intoxicating liquor, and advocates the closing of hotel bars on half-holidays when other businesses are closed." •
