It is stated that the Prince Asturias, at tho instigation of the Duke- t)f Miranda, has renounced his rights to the Spanish succession^ The title revert* to Doa Jaime, tho second son. The Prince of Asturi&s is the eldest son of the ex-King Alfonso. The banns were published at Lausanne last week for his marriage to a Cuban, lady, Seaorita de San Pedro.
