HUTT VALLEY CRICKET
A meeting of the management committee of the Hutt Valley Cricket Association was held on Thursday evening . to make plans for the coming cricket season. A review of the financial position for the past season revealed a bank balance of 85 per cent, over that of the 1931-32 season. It was decided that for tho coming season the affiliation fees for clubs entering the competition remain at £1 Is per team. Methods of improving the wickets were discussed, and arrangements made to provide the players with the best possible wickets procurable, the aim' of the association being "better and brighter cricket for 1033-34."
