PURCHASE OF RAILWAY
SHANGHAI, May 27. The dispute between Soviet Russia and Japan over the Chinese Eastern. Eailway, it is announced, has virtually been settled. An agreement has been reached whereby Manchukuo will purchase; through Japan, the Soviet's interests in the railway.
