MR. DE VALERA IN ROME
(Eceeived May 29, 10 a.m.) VATICAN CITY, May 28. The Pope successively received exKing Alfonso and Mr. de Valera. He conferred on Mr. de Valera the Grand Cross of Pius IX, one' of the highest Papal orders for merit, in connection with the Dublin Eucharistic Congress.
