From the "Sydney Mail." THE NEW LIGHT IN GERMANY. . Huge quantities of Marxist, Jewish, and "un-German" books were ceremoniously burnt in Berlin recently. Twenty thousand volumes were consigned to tho bonfire. Special venom was displayed in the burning of "All Quiet on the Western Front" and "Jew Suss." A vast assembly witnessed the proceedings, and Dr. Goebbcls, the Minister for Propaganda, delivered an address.
