IDENTITY CARDS FOR YOUTHS
(Received May 26, noon.) j CALCUTTA, May 25. Eed, white, and blue identity cardi | are being issued Chittagong youths of ages between 12 and 25 to enable the authorities to keep a complete record of those from whom terrorist recruits are drawn. If a youth is discovered without a card after June 20, when challenged by a military police patro^ it will be an offence. ■
