CAR GOES OFF ROAD
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. AVhilo driving his wifo to a nursing home early this morning, Mr. James Philip Dowble, a. dairyman, of Cashmero Hills, • was seriously injured tlurfugh his car going off the road and crashing into a gully. The visibility was bad at the time owing to » fog. Mrs. Dowdle had a remarkable escape. She managed to assist her husband on Vo the road, where a passing van picked them up. The car was wrecked.
