RADIO TOULOUSE DESTROYED

Eadio Toulouse, one of the principal "broadcasting stations in France, was destroyed by fire early last month. It ■was suggested' that the fire resulted from a cigarette dropped by a bandsman. Most, if not all of the apparatus was lost or badly damaged. About 9.30 p.m. the Toulouse Orchestra was ready to start a concert, when the microphones were reported to be out of order.
