.(Received May 25, 2 p.m.) TOKIO, May 24. Cabinet has decided to advise Man* chukuo to negotiate with the Soviet regarding the acquirement of the Chinese <, Eastern Railway. ■ Whether control should be by purchase or lease is not yet determined pending decision as to legal ownership.
