BAILLIE STEWART CASE

LONDON, May 10. The Baillio Stewart case continues to excite public controversy, his father and mothor being convinced that thero has been a miscarriage of justice. Tho "Daily Express" is publishing further letters to Stewart's solicitor Allegedly from Marie Louise and Obst, whom Stewart knew in Germany, in which Obst says ho is too busy to conio to London and clear Stewart. Mario Louiso "writes for the sake of her family," but she cannot reveal her identity.
Lieutenant Baillie Stewart, of the Soaforth Highlanders, was cashiered and sentenced to five years' penal servitude on charges of communicating military information to a foreign Power.
