WELLINGTON'S CEMETERIES
(To tho Editor.) , Sir,—Thin city hns progressed in many ways of recent years, but the appearance, of the main cemotery leaves much to be desired. The cemetery presents from Wilton Road one of the roost appalling views in the Dominion. This' viow of tho cemetery must reduce by fifty per cent, the value of the housing block in Wilton Road. Many of the fine old tree* that once graced Bolton Street' Cemetery have been removed within the last few years. The modern cemetery on the Coutinent and in America has been given the appearance of a park, and by judicious tree planting this could be done here.—-I am, etc., TRAVELLER.
