Residents of Lower Hutt are reminded of the Bed Cross clothing -and' boots drive which takes place on Bat« urday afternoon. The organisers request householders to placo parcels out-* side the front door to facilitate col---lection. Cars will call betwpen.l and' 2 p.m. The society points out - that the need for assistance has.greatly irn creased during the past year. Bedding would be greatly appreciated,, and relief workers could placo immediateljj at least 100 pairs of blankets.
