BUTTER AND CHEESE
INCREASED PRODUCTION
The,grading figures of the Dairy Division, Department of Agriculture, for the nine months ended' April 30, 1933, show an increase for butter of 22.35 per cent, at 117,719 '• tons, 'and for cheese an increase of 13.73 per cent., .'at 90,944 tons, as compared with the corresponding period of last year. . Gradings for the corresponding period of 1931-32 were: Butter, 96,215 tons; cheese, 79,968 tons. Reduced to terms of butterfat equivalent there is to date an increase of 19.958 per cent, over last year.
