'(By Telegraph.—Wess Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, This Day. The Canterbury Rughy League reduced the disqualification imposed on L. Ames, of Addington, the well-known representative player, from five years to the remainder of the present season. It also passed a resolution strongly recommending to the New Zealand League Council1 that the life disqualification imposed on L. Peterson, the New Zealand forward, on his return from the English tour in 1926 be lifted. :'! >
