(By Telegfap'1 -—PreS9 Association.)' ' AUCKLAND, This Day. The election of the eharrinan of the Auckland Transport Board Was held today. The retiring chairman, Mr. J. ' A. C. Allum, and a member, Mr. (Srey Campbell, were both nominated and each received five votes. As the secretary, who presided, has no casting vote, it was decided to put the names in a box. Mr. Allum's name was drawn, and he took his place as , chairman again. ' ■■■•.. '. "
