KILLED BY MOTOR-CAR
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) MASTERTOS, May 7. A fatality occurred on the main Carter* ton-Masterton Road on Saturday evening. A single man. Alexander Burr, aged 33, of Masterton, was killed when attempting to stop a passing car to ask for a lift •into Masterton.. The motor-cycle on which the deceased had been riding pillion had , broken down. The car which struck the deceased was driven by. Victor Hebbden, i of Masterton.
