At the Hutt Recreation Ground, a three-points margin separated Hutt and Athletic. The final score was: Hutt 14, Athletic 11. For Hutt, Dalton, Phillips, and .Jarman scqred tries. Jarman converted one of the tries and kicked a penalty goal.
