Association Football
SENIOR PLAYERS' FORM
The opening matches of the senior competition indicate that this season the struggle for local Association supremacy should be equally as interesting as the struggles of previous years. As yet, only two games have been played by each club, but the position is worthy of note. Hospital, Marist, and Petone are level, and then follow Diamond and Waterside, who are also on even terms. Naturally, it is yet far too early in the season to be making forecasts as to the chances of teams, but it may be said that from tho form so far displayed this season's competition will be followed closely.
