TONIGHT'S MEETINGS
The final meetings of tho combined ticket (Civi<s Lcaguo and Ratepayers' Association) candidates for the .City Council, Hospital Board, and Harbour Board cleotichs will bo held tonight at the Tea Kiosk, Kelburn, and the St. Thomas' Hall, Newtown, and a big rally cf all tho candidates at tha Oddfellows' Hall, Clyde Quay. Electors who through disability find a difficulty in going to polling booths should ring 41-484. The Mayoral candidates* for Lower Hutt will address meetings tonight as follows: —Mr. J. W. Andrews at Moera and Epnni, Mr. A. Avory in tho Lyceum Hall, Mr. A. Mcßain in Wesley Hall, and Mr. J. B. I!oung in the King George Theatre. The final meeting of the Labour candidates for the Petone Borough Council, Gas Boaid, tho Power Board, and the Harbour Board will.be held at the Labour,, Hall, ■ Petone, tonight. The speakers will include Messrs. E. N. Campbell, W. G. Cload, J. dimming, W. 11. Edwards, E. H. Garrett, J. Huggan, H. Oakley, Councillor Scholefield, W. Yates, tho Hon.
