"RESPONSIBLE MEN"
In a special and final appeal to the electors, Councillors. Meadowcroft, Huggins, and Burns refer to the fact that during the past ■ ten, years they, have, occupied no less'than five council chairmanships between them. This, they say, carried responsibility and the goodwill of fellow-councillors. As they are not on any ticket, they appeal direct to city electors.
