SERIOUS CHARGE
YOUNG WOMAN DEAD
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) AUCKLAND, This Day. Robert William Campbell dnd his wife, Mary Campbell, , aged 89, were charged in the Police Court yesterday with unlawfully using an instrument upon a young woman. They wore remanded. Bail for the woman accused was fixed at £500. When bail for the man Was sought today tho police said that the girl concerned died about a week ago in Taumarunui. The Magis-trate-refused to grant bail.
