LONDON, May 1. The Berlin correspondent of the '' Daily Chronicle says that the Nazis are preparing laws to close private schools and for Government control of the Press. ( Journalists.will bo required to provei
in addition to professional qualifications that they are "suitable in a moral and political sense." The Nazis want to end the private school system because they ' consider that Nazi citizens can only be moulded in State schools under Nazi teachers. The Berlin correspondent of "The Times" reports that a threat by Nazi students to expel by force such unacceptable professors as have not already been retired has dismayed Germans hitherto indifferent to the JewishSocialist persecution.
