INJURIES PROVE FATAL
The death occurred iii. the' Wellington Hospital at 4.40 p.m. yesterday of Maurice Cronin, an elderly man who was severely injured as a result of being knocked down by a motor-lorry near tbe intersection of Manners Street and Boulcott Street five hours previously. Cronin, who sustained a fracture of the skull, was taken to the Hospital by the Free Ambulance in an unconscious condition.
