The wedding'took place recently at the "St. Colombus' Presbyterian Church,, Johnsonville, of Annie Edna, eldest daughter of Mr. and-Mrs.' W. Mclndoc, and Keith Edward, eldest sqji of Mr. and Mrs. A. J. Ncilson, Karon". The Rev. A. Hunt officiated, and Miss Mis Crystal played "tho wedding music. The church was beautifully decorated. The bride, who was escorted by her father, wore a. graceful frock oi' white marictte and laco made on long lines, flaring from the hips. Her beautifully embroidered veil was arranged beneath a coronet of orange blossoms, and she , carried a shower bouquet of pom-pom dahlias and roses. The bridesmaids, Mjss Elsie Mcludoc (sister of tho bride), and Miss Joyce Ncilson (sister of the bridegroom), wore ankle-length frocks of apricot marictte and hats to tone. They carried bouquets of roses and gladioli. The .two litlte flower girls, Betty Kcan (cousin of tho b;.'ide) and Rangi Hogg, woro frocks of pale < green mariette, made in t'lio Victorian style.- The wore Juliet caps, and carried posies to tone. The beat man - was Mr. R. Jones (Ohakunc), and the groomsman, Mr. B. Bsov'es (Karori). On leaving the church, the bride was presented with a silver horseshoe by little Dawn Mclndoo (cousin of the brido). The reception was hnld n't the Parisli Hall, Johnsonville, where the numerous guests were received by • tho bride's mother, who wore a black crepe satin frock, with a smiirt felt lVat to match, and Mrs. Ncilson, who woro a-wino-shndo crepe de chine and laco frock, with hat 'to . match, both having bouquets'of red roses and autumn ieavos. After tho reception an enjoyable -evening was spent with dancing, and items given by Misses Hilda Christophcrson, Helen Watt, and Mr. J. Cathart, and music was supplied by Mrs. R. Hogg, Miss V. Cathcart, and Mr.'B. Reeves. Later the brido and bridegroom loft for the West Coast, the bride wearing a smart brown coat, trimmed with brown skunk fur, with hat to match.
