MARRIAGE IN LONDON
LONDON, April 11. - Walter Lindrum, Australian billiards champion, who was playing in a tourna* ment at Bristol, loft for London at midnight, and was married in the Henrietta Street ftegistry Office at lunch time to. Miss Alice Hoskin, a 27-year-old Victorian. Mr. Clark McConachy (New Zealand)] and Gertrude McConachy and two other, friends were the only ones present. Lindrum resumed play in the tournament ■ next day, dispensing with a honeymoon. He hopes to spend the summer in England and to watch Larwbod exploit-. ing the leg theory.
