GOLDEN WINGS TO SPELL
The Easter Handicap winner, Golden Wings, returned to Woodville on Tuesday. Hia trainer, H. E. Russell, stated before leaving Auckland that he would be given "a rest for a couple of months and that he would do no further racing .this season. He goes off the scene at the top of his form and after a rest he should, come up fresh for the spring. In future he may have to do most of his- racing in weight-for-age races, in which he will hold hia own at least up to a mile.
