UNION OIL DIVIDEND.
The directors of the Union Oil, Soap, and Candle Company, Limited, Auckland, have declared an iuterim dividend of Gd a share for the six months ended March 31, payable on May 5. Last year the interim dividend was Od a share, the dividend for the full year being Is 6d, compared .with Is 9d iri the previous year.
