WASHINGTON, April 6. It is announced that United States exports decreased from 2,424,000,000 dollars in 1931 to 1,612,000,000 dollars in 1932. Imports fell from 2,091,000,000 dollars to 1,323,000,000 'dollars in the same period—37 per cent, by value and 20 per cent, by volume. The United Kingdom was the principal purchaser of United States goods. Canada was the principal exporter to, America. '
