EXODUS OF JEWS
THREE THOUSAND AT BASLE
MANY TRUDGE TO HOLLAND
(Eeceived April 7, 9 a.m.) j LONDON, April 6. A Basle message states that three i thousand Jews have arrived from Germany in the past few days, the majority prosperous business people, who tell stories of persecution. Many proceeded to France. An Amsterdam message says that fifteen-hundred Jews arrived from Germany yesterday, many afoot, being unable to pay the railway fare.
