OTTAWA, April 4. A sub-amendment to tho motion to approve the Financo Minister's Budget was moved by Progressive members in the House of Commons tonight.
It proposed the nationalisation of insurance, legislative control of interest and profits from investment, a national construction programme to relieve unemployment, controlled currency inflation, and the creation of a national credit bank.
