Ulriclx, President of the Council-of Military Law, the Judges at the trial of the British engineers will be: Professor Martens, Director of the Diesel Institute; M. Dimitriev, Director of tha Thermo-Projecting Trust; with M. Zelikov, President of the Electrical Workers' Trade Union, as relief; Judge. The Public Prosecutor (M. Vishin* sky), with his assistant (M. Roguin* sky), will conduct the Soviet's case. The Vickers prisoners are compre* hensively charged with "acts calcu* lated to assist the international bourgeoisie," a "crime" punishable with death. The charges are based on 1 documents, including the regular reports of the engineers, to London da* scribing Russian conditions.'
