Tho "Daily Mail's" political correspondent says that the Soviet Ambassador, M. Maisky, is reported to be deeply concerned' at the suspension of the Trade Treaty negotiations, and immediately called a conference of the leading Embassy officials and other Soviet representatives in London. The latter were warned to hold themselves in Teadiness for a sudden return to Eussia.
