MUSSOLINI'S PLAN
NEWSPAPER REPORTS
(Ue'ecived March 22, 10.30 a.m.) PAEIS, March 21.
The newspapers state that the principal points in Signor Mussolini's plan arc:— ' .
(1) Ten years' co-operation of Kuropo in the spirit of the Kellogg Pact, extending to the colonies.
(2)' Revision of the Peace Treaties in accordance with the League Covenant,
(3) Britain, France, and Italy to recognise the Germans' claim .to equality immediately and give effect to it.
(4) Germany shall be enabled to reorganise her military forces on au equality with the rest of Europe. The principle shall also apply to Austria, Hungary, and Bulgaria.
