STEWART COURT-MARTIAL
ALLEGED SALE OF SECRETS

LONDON, March 21.
At the resumption of the courtmartial on Lieutenant Baillie Stewart, counsel for the accused occupied the morning in. the cross-examination of Colonel Sims, who ridiculed the idea of third degree methods. It was further elicited that none of the text books, photographs,-and bank notes in Stewart's room were under lock and key.
The Court now sits in camera to examine nine witnesses.
