APPEAL TO CONSUMERS.
Bradford knows all there is to know about New Zealand wool, but, in the opinion oJ: the High Commissioner (Sir •inomas Wilford) -not enough about some other products of the Dominion. Therefore a shop was opened in the wool city, and a fine display made of New Zealand lamb, butter and cheese, honey, and preserved^ meats, including tongues. The High Commissioner appealed to the citizens of Bradford to increase their trade with Aew Zealand by insisting on products rrom this Dominion when buying meat, dairy produce, and other food products. He directed attention of all industrial Yorkshire to the fact that "no other people in the world spend,.-individually, so much money on British manufactures as New Zealanders, and if we cannot sell our, produce to advantage our purchasing power naturally falls and your factories suffer. You 'keep the money in the family when you buy New Zealand produce."
