EASTER SHOW.
Intending exhibitors are reminded that entries for the Wellington Easter Show I close next 'Saturday. This includes all stock classes, horse jumping, steer riding, dog trials, home, industries, etc. . Entries have been commg in steadily from various country districts, and those who nave not yet.made their entries should do so not later'than Saturday. Schedules and entry form's may be obtained on' application to the manager of the Wellington Show Association. ' ■■ '• . • ' . ' " '
. Arrangements are well under 'way .for [the mass-trades display in which 25 teams i representing various ■ leading firms liave entered. The frocking of the teams is to be an outstanding feature, and this item promises to be one-'of -the most spectacular ever put on in. Wellington.
"The floor space plan is now. .available and! exhibitors are rapidly booking, up. One of the features of the coming "Winter Show.'-Trill be a rock garden. The garden'will take sixty yards of soil and over-'twenty-five--tons of rocks, and all the-features necessary to make plant life happy and comfortable will, be incorporated. The idea is to make the New Zealand Alpine and Rock Garden' Society, which is staging the exhibit, better known and to illustrate what may be done with quite ordinary.. materials.
