PARIS, March 21. ,• The International Tennis Federation unanimously decided that, commencing from January 1, 1934, a harder ball must be used all over the world. The decision means that the deformation of the ball wilt be about .26 compared with the present .29. It will probably be imperceptible to the ordinaryplayer, but noticeable to top-notchera.'
