PROPOSED CENTRAL BANK
CABINET IN SESSION
. VIENNA, March 20. Cabinet has been in session for the greater part of thirty-two hours.
It decided to reconstruct the country's banking system by means of a central institution, which will absorb frozen credits and make it possible for banks to provide now funds to enable Austrian industries to compete with foreign manufacturers.
There have been wild rumours regarding the financial situation during the weekend.
