SENATE ADDS WINE
BUT REDUCES ALCOHOL

■WASHINGTON, March 16. The Senate on Thursday approved an amendment adding 3.2 per cent, wine to the House Beer Bill, and later reduced the alcoholic limitation in the Beer and Wine Bill from 3.2 per cent, to 3.04 per cent.
