LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE TONE
(British Official Wireless.) . RUGBY, March 14. Business in most sections on the London btock Exchange continued ,on modest lines today, but the tone is more cheerful. British stocks are mostly MOth to l-Bth higher, but War Loan 2V 2 per cent, is unchanged at 99.
Foreign . stocks are steady,' with a recovery of-'l%- points in: German loans.
