NEW LITTLE ENTENTE
CENTRAL EUROPEAN PACT
GENEVA, : February 15. A new community federation results from the signing on February 16 of a pact between Bumania, Yugoslavia, and Czechoslovakia, consecrating an alliance and replacing the "Little Entente" with a new federation, representing 48,000,000 people, which will treat unitedly, with outside countries.
