Offenders against the. bylaws were dealt With at the Magistrate's CoiVrf, yesterday afternoon by Mr. JV Miller, S.M: ; A. fine of £3 -was imposed on Thomas. Schofield for .failing to obtain a heavy traffic licence. John A. Peach was fined £2 on a similar charge. : Benjamin Martelli was fined £lfor not' having a driver's licence. Frederick Sinclair and Harry C. Scaife were each fined 10s for similar.offences. ; For, not having an efficient silencer on a motor-cyelei James Macdopald was fined £1 10s. -.•., . ... ■ ; Godfrey Wilson was fined 10s. for not having a rear vision mirror on a motorcycle. For failing to give way at an'intersection, Francisco Mazzola was fined 15s.
