SEMI-FINALS REACHED
The Wellington provincial croquet tournament advanced several stages on Saturday, when semi-finals of the handicap doubles and handicap singles were reached. Players on the Kelburn and ivarori greens found the wind somewhat trying, but otherwise playing conditions Swore favourable. Mrs; O'Donuell, who, previously, has iiot been able to reach her usual standard ?i play, struck form on Saturday morning, opening the scoring in the club pairs event with a break of ten.
