The secondary depression referred to' yesterday has moved on to the Dominion, but has becomo much shallower than It was, and, although pressure Is everywhere below normal, it is fairly uniform this morning. Winds are still mainly northerly, but they have decreased generally in force since last night. The weather has been warm and fair to cloudy for the most part, but scattered showers fell during the night In most districts of the North Island and the western and high inland portions of the South Island. Some heavy rain with thunder occurred early this morning at, East Cape.
