NAPIER CARNIVAL
'Flying the "Evening Post" gift aeroplane, Mr. A. W. Nisbet, secretary of the Wellington Aero Club, will leave Wellington this afternoon for Napier He has been asked by Mr. Barton, Comimissioner of Napier, to organise the carnival there. . Throe Air Force aeroplanes will leave Wellington to-morrow Sir Charles Kingsford Smith has altered his itinerary so as to be at Napier for the week-end, instead of at Auckland. Their Excellencies the Gover-nor-General and Lady Bledisloe -will be at Napier on Saturday.
